Just as your site is a manifestation of your magickal Will, it also serves as a tool to provoke and inspire us to get involved in the most powerful ritual of all.... LIFE! Indeed, it is the Flames within that makes us want to live, but to see and feel our magick manifest is what makes life worth living. Thank you again for your inspirational words. Gaelen /|\

Comments: I found your site thru the wicca ring. What a WONDERFULLY informative site. Your views are varied yet in line with many of the same things I believe. It has been some time since I practiced Wicca. But the world is a funny place and now my 16 year old daughter (who has always believed in "something else" is trying to find her way into the Wicca world. I have referred her to your site. I am not the greatest teacher and like you, I am alone in this world of Wicca. I would like to see her find a good teacher. From reading your info, I notice that you have many contacts and hope that you may put her in contact with someone who is willing to help. We live in the Mohave Desert (AZ) and there are NO resourses for us to turn to in as far as Wicca is concerned. I am into Native American Rituals at the present time as this is what is available to me as far as supplies and such. Again, you have a wonderful insight of the "alternative" side of religion.

Comments: Dear Brighid, I thought it only proper to visit your site as you took the time to visit mine at the Wiccan Star. I must say I am impressed and congratulate you on your time, effort and HARD work that you have put into your site. Few who do not have a site fully understand just how much it takes to make a site easy to navigate,upkeep....be informative and appealing to mind and senses. I see by your work you have mastered the trade and very well : ) I will keep you in my thoughts and send you energy when you need it and I will recommend your site to my patrons as you meet the qualities I try to follow in my own path through this life....Bleesed Be and May the Lord and Lady be with you always.....Rob aka Amanacus1

Hello Lady Brighid, Thanks for taking time to visit yet another "Brighid's Fire". I have discovered a few others in my searches as well. If you aren't already on the "Brighid's Crossing" mailing list then you will find there web address below. A wonderful group for sharing interest in Brighid and other Goddess information. http://members.aol.com/gmkkh/brighid/bx.htm Brighid came to me about 7 yrs. ago.. she put a fire in my heart that opened me up to a whole new world of experience. Being a singer/songwriter/poet and healer I soon discovered what role she played in my life. I am grateful for the community of support to discover more of what all this means.. and haven't even begun to learn a drop what what is to know. I'll be doing more work on my page after the first of the year so we will talk more about exchanging banner then. Thanks for being. Bright Blessings to You, Patricia Ann

Comments: Thank you for all your pages, Brighid, I love them! I have just made my first batch of candles. I used toilet roll insides and was told to brush the insides with vegetable oil before pouring in the wax. This meant that the cardboard didn't absorb any of the wax. I made a bottom with silver foil and elastic bands..fiddly but all I had to hand. I made candles with dried sage, rosemary and lavender. The sage and rosemary I ground up in a pestle and dropped into the mould before adding the wax. Then let the wax solidify for a while before adding the next tranche so that I had herbs at 2 or more levels within the candle..they coloured the candles too. Not much scent and I haven't burnt them yet. I decorated them with flowers that I had dried from my garden stuck on with candle glue and then over dipped. I was surprised how good they looked for a first attempt. Thanks for taking the time to share all your thoughts and rituals with us. Bright blessings, Sarah

Comments: My Lady Brighid, I would like to start out by saying that your page is one of the most beautiful and well designed pages it's been my pleasure to look through (and believe me, I've seen 'em all!!) What brings me to writing, though, is a request: I have thumbed through the Web looking for pages concerning Brighid, and have found only yours. I have also looked for her reference in some of the books I have and can find precious little. I was wondering if you knew of any links (preferably) or books or people (or you) who would be able to let me know a little bit more about ... how did you so eloquently phrase it ... the Consumption. Additionally, for other reasons, I was hoping to be able to find a representation of Brighid's symbol for a project I'm wanting to get started on. Any help you can offer would be *greatly* appreciated. May the Pleasures of Desires and the Joys of the Fires Engulf Thee. Borach McTeague, Bard of the Everhart

Comments: Bright Blessings! Are you a Priestess of the Lady Brighid? Some of us here in New Mexico serve her, let me know if you ever come out this way. Thanx for your lovely site. I would like to respond to Cara the neophyte who also signed your dreambook, but have no EMail address. I want to correspond with those who carry the Bride into this world, especially those who can illuminate the connection between the Sabbath Bride of Malkuth and Brighid. Any Irish Jews out there? EMail me at Bride9@aol.com.As far as hx of the Burning times, I think Marcia Starck is a good resource - i'll get her address for you. Again, Bright Blessings.

Comments: Merry Meet, Lady Brighid Hello from a corner of the Northwest. I am just starting my journey in to Wicca and have feelings of affinity of the Goddess Brighid. If you know of any good resource books about her, I would love to know of them also. I like your web site very much and it has been very useful for me. I have so much to learn, and am learning mostly from books and websites like your own. Perhaps one day I will find a teacher. Bright Blessing, cara
